Application Features 
  • You can access your application or check to see if it has been received by us by using your Activity Log.
  • Your data are securely stored and transmitted.
  • You'll save time by not having to retype data on additional forms.
  • You'll know immediately when we receive your application.
Form Instructions

1. Create your account

  • Enter your account information exactly as instructed on the form.
  • Click the 'Create My Account' button at the bottom of the form.
  • Write your username and password for future reference (i.e., when re-entering the system).
2.Submit the form

Check your form carefully. When you are satisfied with it and are ready to send it to us, click the send button (‘Create’ button) at the bottom of the contact page. This saves your data in their final form and takes you to the payment page where you pay your application fee online.
Your registration will be complete after you have successfully paid your application fee.

3.Pay your application fee 

After you submit the application form you get to the payment page, where you pay your application fee online (through the PayPal system) or by bank wire transfer. 

If you prefer to pay online:

  • Click the PayPal button
  • Provide all information, including the complete credit card number, expiration date, and card billing information. 
  • Click the 'Submit this information' button.
If you prefer to pay by bank wire transfer: see instructions.

Click the button GET INVOICE
Print the invoice
Make the payment according to the instruction

Check your form carefully. Once your payment is authorized you get access to the education program and tuition fee form.


4.Pay your tuition fee

After you authorize you get to the payment page, where you pay your tuition fee online or by bank wire transfer. 

If you prefer to are pay online:

  • Click the PayPal button
  • Provide all information, including the complete credit card number, expiration date, and card billing information. 
  • Click the 'Submit this information' button.
If you prefer to pay by bank wire transfer: see instructions.

  • Click the button GET INVOICE
  • Print the invoice
  • Make the payment according to the instruction

As soon as the tuition fee is paid, you get access to all educational materials (text books, lectures, tasks) and to your Personal Office

5.Close your browser program when you're ready to finish web session.

This clears your password and secure connection.
Hints for Completing Your Form

  • Check your form carefully before sending it!
  • There are usually other requirements for admission such as having transcripts, photo (review our photo requirements), copy of your passport, resume, application fee sent to us. Be sure to fulfill these requirements in addition to submitting your form. 

Web Form Features

  • The web form server stores the information you enter under the private username and password you establish. 
  • Your data are transmitted securely over the Internet. The information you enter is encrypted and secure when you save it and when you send it. Although general data collected on the system may be used in statistical studies and reports designed to assist our institution for future planning, any information bearing your personal identification is disclosed only to the department to which you send it.
